Zemco Roofing & Repairs was established in 1995 after I found myself working for a limited company that was providing what was then known as the “roof tune-up”  I quickly worked my way up as a foreman and saw a huge need for services that would help customers extend the life of their roof by repairing & maintenancing not only their roof but it’s components. This is where I found my niche in the industry as one of a few companies that focus more on maintaining existing roofs & its parallel parts & functions however when it’s time to replace your roof I have an outstanding crew that will provide an impeccable install from start to finish! I have the ability to find the source of a leaky roof with my extensive knowledge & experience and offer solutions that are honest not some sales pitch to sell you a large scale job!

I want my customers to have the knowledge and understanding that it’s imperative to build along term relationship w/ me & my company so you have a reliable source to depend on and know you can trust to receive quality workmanship and care! Your roof is one of the most important things to keep your home & your belongings safe, if your roof becomes compromised you can end up with a lot of damage in a short amount of time. Your roof needs serviced just the same as a car or furnace having a new install does not relieve the responsibility to make sure everything is at its peak ability to protect your home.

When damage  does occur you have to seek a professional to provide a repair but just the same you need a professional to provide those annual inspections and maintenance such as gutter cleans to ensure your gutter are clear & free of any debris that could prevent proper water flow and not just a simple clean is recommended….pay the extra money for a thorough job that includes minor adjustments/repairs as well as a visual inspection of the roof for those unseen issues.
